Breakfast & Lunch

  • Each night's stay in the South Campus Plaza dormitory includes breakfast and lunch the following day.
  • All meals are served in Cuicacalli Hall's cafeteria called "The Garden".  It is located on the second floor of Cuicacalli (just a few steps away from our Conference venue area) and serves all-you-care-to-eat buffet.

Here is a sample cafeteria menu from one week of summer, 2018.

If you have special dietary requests, please advise on the space allotted on your registration form.
